Graphic Designer

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Provide support to the Graphic Design department.
  • Brainstorming and ideation in making creative designs for various marketing campaigns
  • Working on digital collaterals such as design banners for websites, newsletters, and other social media channels
  • Working on print collaterals such as posters, brochures, standees, event collaterals, flyers, etc.
Skill(s) Required: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator

  • Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
  • Should be good at managing multiple activities & projects
  • Should have the ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently with a high level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation
  • Should have an ability to manage time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw to develop static & interactive designs.

Search Engine Optimization

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Keyword analysis, keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Ability to comprehensively manage off-page strategy, screen and execute in the right direction
  • Improve the overall page views
  • Know and Track Google Analytics metrics, improve page views, decrease bounce rates
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Strong understanding of the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) process.
  • Strong understanding of the latest Google algorithms.
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Analyze website and develop strategies to bring new visitors
  • Monitor all long term objectives and prepare efficient reporting tools for all search terms.
  • Knowledge of Complete On-Page and Off-Page Optimization

Professional Competencies

  • Proven experience in ranking sites for competitive keywords & niches
  • Experience of working with SEO & competitor analysis tools like SEMrush, ahrefs, ubersuggest, moz, & other tools
  • Ability to plan and execute SEO strategy for all client projects
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
